I am a Licensed Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree from Aurora University. I have extensive experience working with a variety of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, eating disorders/disordered eating, binge eating disorder, anorexia, bulimia, and ARFID. In addition, I have experience supporting individuals through major life transitions such as divorce.

Jen enjoys supporting clients as they navigate life transitions including the death of a loved one, separation/divorce, and career changes. She is also experienced in working with clients who have perinatal mood concerns, including infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, and adjustment to parenthood. Her approach focuses on holistic health and relational well-being. She considers diet, movement, and mindfulness as essential elements to restoring a sense of balance and genuine connection to self and others.

The therapeutic strategies that I utilize are evidence-based such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Along with client input, I help you to develop coping strategies and new skills to mitigate current stressors, improve self-compassion, cultivate a sense of self-value and increase resiliency.

Tiffany received her Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago in 2012 and is pursuing a DSW through Tulane University. She has experience working with individuals ranging from adolescents to older adults who are experiencing various challenges, and she is skilled in counseling mental health and healthcare professionals. Tiffany's expertise includes helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, self-esteem, eating disorders, ADHD, chronic illness, divorce, and other life changes. She also has previous experience working in hospice and palliative care.

Experiences of grief and loss occur throughout the life span.The response to these experiences is unique and personal. I believe everyone has a story which is important to tell. As a therapist I work to create a trusting environment in which to tell that story. It is in the understanding of the story one can discover solutions to problems, acceptance of the past and hope for the future.

I have over 30 years of clinical experience working with adults, adolescents,the LGBTQ community and also specialize in couples and family therapy. My areas of particular interest include relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, grief, post-traumatic stress disorder, sexual abuse, and addiction. I believe it's important to work openly with issues of faith and spirituality as they naturally emerge during the process of therapy. I value kindness, openness, curiosity and humor as these qualities shape my approach to both therapy and life.

As long as the weather is conducive, she and her clients can often be found outdoors. Overall, Sarah leans towards a very goal-orientated style that incorporates the family system when available.
