My clients have a variety of issues including Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Emotional Disturbance, and Behavioral Issues. Clients often require psychoeducation, identifying emotions and somatic symptoms, use of a variety of coping skills, behavioral management techniques including contingency management, knowledge of social skills and opportunities to practice such skills. My goal for every client is to help them find their motivation, gain knowledge about their issues, and to be able to effectively manage their issues.
