For the past several years, it has been my privilege to walk with people as they enter periods of life where they feel challenged, hurt, and often stuck. It is my goal to help you explore these wounds, navigate through the sticky places, and return to a higher level of functioning.

I like clients that are unique, meaning I enjoy people's differences. I tend to create the treatment plan around the client and their needs rather than a cookie cutter type of treatment plan. I work with a wide range of clients from children and adolescents to couples therapy.

Ultimately, my clients want to feel heard, understood, and supported as they work towards resolving their personal issues and achieving a greater sense of well-being. They seek counseling because they recognize the value of having a dedicated and compassionate professional to help them navigate their journey towards self-discovery and healing.
