I believe that therapy can be a transformative process when a relationship of trust and attuned listening is cultivated. We can work towards self-awareness, self-compassion, and embracing the imperfections and vulnerabilities that make relationships the most meaningful stuff of life. I specialize in supporting teens and adults with life transitions, family/relational issues, identity exploration, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and complex trauma.
I am a trauma therapist with six years of experience working in multiple clinical settings. I have training in EMDR and Gestalt therapy, and I also often incorporate IFS/parts exploration into my work. My treatment approach is relational, holistic, and client-centered. I am bilingual and bring appreciation and respect for diverse lived experiences.
