As a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 25 years of diverse counseling experience, I am currently providing psychotherapy services for individuals, families, couples, and children in Hawaii and California. My therapeutic practice style is experiential, offering tools and opportunities for self-reflection and emotional growth through empathic support and guidance in a safe and nurturing environment. I believe that each of us holds the key to healing within ourselves, and I help to facilitate the uncovering of these unique inner strengths through the therapeutic process.

Past experiences, daily hassles, and complicated family dynamics can sometimes get in the way of our well-being. I have spent many years working with people dealing with the effects of these struggles. I offer therapeutic services for anxiety management, depression, peer and intimate relationship skill building, difficult transition periods with grief and loss, and weight management. I also have worked with children and families in the CWS system, Judiciary system, and shelter services.

I specialize in treatment and evaluations that cover a variety of concerns in toddlers, children, adolescents, adults, and aging adults. Your concerns may be related to Alzheimer's, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Anxiety, ADHD, behavioral problems, developmental delays, Dementia, Depression, Intellectual Disability, Dissociation, Traumatic Stress, and many other concerns that impact your daily life. I combine a humanistic approach with cognitive behavioral interventions to maximize your time and treatment.

I provide psychotherapy services to children, adults and couples. I specialize in Child Centered Play Therapy (age 4+) usingvarious modalities ( puppets, clay and art materials). Due to demand for my services, I only accept referrals from physicians or psychologists or insurance care managers at this time. Referrals can be faxed (808) 892-3683 for review by my office to determine if it is appropriate. I do not accept court referrals for child custody or divorce cases or sibling therapy as my office is only open part time

I was born and raised in Hawaii and my passion is to support children, teens, and adults within my local community. I have been in practice for the past 14+ years, and it is my desire is to provide a family-friendly environment with professional and ethical services to meet the emotional, physical, and social well-being of children, teens, adults and their families.

Aloha! My name Kalena Serraon and I was born and raised on the island of Kauai. I am humbled and grateful to be providing mental health services in the community that I grew up in. We all know how special Kauai and it's community is. I truly feel it takes a village to grow our keiki. I focus on youth, teens, and adults suffering from depression, anxiety, & trauma related issues. I attended the University of Hawaii at Mānoa were I obtained my Master's in Social Work with a focus in Child & Family. Aloha, my name is Mike Kukahiwa-Haruno, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based on the beautiful island of Oahu. I work with individuals ages 5 to 25 and specialize in anxiety, stress, behavioral concerns, and LGBTQIA+. My inspiration for becoming a counselor is my wonderful siblings who taught me the importance of support which I hope to be for you. I found that my style works well with children and adolescents who may be dealing with life transitions, difficulties with peers, family, or schools, anxiety, stress, and lack of coping strategies.

Dr. Gabrielle Galler-Rimm ("Dr. Gabi") is a Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician who has extensive experience in diagnosing and treating diverse conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, underachieving in school, aggression, defiance, obsessive behaviors, self-injurious behaviors, adjustment difficulties, depression, anxiety, as well as a range of other psychiatric, behavioral, and developmental disorders. She also specialize in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and works in conjunction with a board certified behavior analyst. She has been in practice for 32 years.

She has worked with children, teens and adults in hospital based acute and residential settings, outpatient clinics, as well as early intervention, school based behavioral health and hospice agencies.
