Hi, I'm Dr. Fred Gallo and I want to Welcome you to Gallo & Associates Psychological Services. We've been in practice since 1977, offering cutting-edge therapy, coaching and evaluations to help individuals, couples, and families. We're passionate about helping people to overcome trauma, PTSD, grief, phobias, anxiety, addiction, depression, chronic pain, and relationship problems. Having published 9 books on brief therapies including Energy Psychology, I also train therapists worldwide in these skills.

As a REAL sports psychologist, I have a unique practice in that I specialize in working with athletes who have the desire to take their game to the next level. Being a competitive athlete helps me relate to other competitive people in sports or business. My primary focus is on confidence building and the elimination of performance anxiety. I use a 3 tiered approach to training: Perspective Training, Mental Skills Training, and Applied Settings (if applicable at a sporting location). I am the only professional to offer that kind of travel service. We also offer Coaching Certification Programs for those who are interested in teaching.

Life has so much to offer every person, but that perspective can become clouded by feelings of inadequacy, depression, anxiety, or struggles to overcome addiction and trauma. I look at each client as a unique individual who requires tailor made and personal treatment. This means that each person I work with receives individualized treatment designed specifically for them and their unique circumstances and history. Currently, I am seeing adult and teenage clients (ages 14+) for individual therapy. I believe every one has their own unique potential in overcoming adversity. Life is not easy and often times we need support and someone to listen to our fears, hopes, dreams. We sometimes, need a nudge in a certain direction that we can't clearly see. I can help provide that nudge with whatever your are struggling with and provide insight on how to get there. I also do life coaching. Life coaching is different than therapy in that you may need guidance but not have a psychological disorder.

Supervised by Dr. Teresa Lutka. I have had the privileged to work with a diverse patient population. My favorite thing to see in a patient is a desire to get well and have a fulfilling life. It is such a joy to see people come from difficult situations, a slew of other providers with a medicine list a mile long and learn how to become empowered over their life again. I believe all perceived mistakes are attempted solutions that need more education. I teach people to go from a space of helplessness and shaming to pride and awareness.

Kesha is a culturally competent licensed mental health therapist in Western PA and understands the mental health processes of clients from different economic backgrounds. Traci has been a licensed professional counselor for over 20 years. She has a doctorate degree in industrial and organizational psychology and is a certified workplace coach. She has experience working with adults and emerging adults. Her areas of focus center around depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief/loss, major life changes/transitions, career coaching, sports performance, personality and psychological assessments.

My mission is to help people reach their greatest potential through support, education and guidance. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and an Educational Psychologist with a background in teaching and child development. I have been in the mental health field for 18 years and in the human service field /teaching for 25 years. I work with all age groups. My services include counseling, educational consultation and lifestyle coaching.
