I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence concerns, & depressive issues. I do not see individuals or couples with current legal issues, domestic violence concerns, open CPS cases, or current substance abuse issues or mental health crises.

I earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Alabama and have over seven years of experience in empowering individuals to overcome some of life's most difficult challenges.
