I have focused my career on providing services and working with clients suffering from various forms of trauma. I work with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and adult survivors of childhood abuse. My clients are resilient people who are willing to make changes in their lives by making the choices to put themselves first in their lives, making healthy decisions for themselves, and work on their own self worth. My clients are folks who embrace their humanness and gather the courage to work through their toxic emotions such as shame and guilt that hold them back.

I work with women who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, postpartum, managing cultural dynamics, relational/family stress, career transitions, etc. As a wife and mother, I truly understand the various challenges faced by other women in regards to their career, family, relationships and self-love. In addition, I specialize in psychological assessments for ADHD, reality TV/casting, diagnostic testing, personality, disability, working closely with your providers to determine the best course of treatment. I also serve as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Psychiatry at the Emory University School of Medicine

The goal of therapy is to provide support through life's challenges, in a safe space. I specialized in depression, grief counseling, trauma/PTSD, and substance abuse. I also enjoy working with couples who are experiencing conflicts in their marriage and are determined to bring positive changes in their life. I provide individual, couples, group therapy, and psychological testing.
