Life will always present it ups and downs, however, you do not have to feel alone while working through them. As we continue to face difficulties we may not realize the impact the stress has on our relationships, work life, finances, or overall health. The goal of therapy is to provide support through life's challenges, in a safe space. I specialized in depression, grief counseling, trauma/PTSD, and substance abuse. I also enjoy working with couples who are experiencing conflicts in their marriage and are determined to bring positive changes in their life. I provide individual, couples, group therapy, and psychological testing.
I utilized person-centered and psychodynamic perspective to help motivate change. My client's success through the therapeutic process is the ultimate goal and hence I will track progress weekly so that we can see your mood and behaviors improve. I am committed to helpings you reach your personal goals to be able to live a happier and more meaningful life.
My goal is to help you maximize your coping skills and strengthen your internal resources. I believe it is important that you feel comfortable with your therapist.
