In my work with adolescents, I help them to achieve life goals, build self-esteem, and healthy peer relationships. For adults with substance use I work with the client to find a path to sobriety by treating the underlying cause, using their inner strengths to support them.

I am an LCSW specializing in individual, couple's and family therapy. My approach is eclectic, incorporating a variety of techniques to meet the needs of each client.
