Life has a way of happening - without our permission and whether or not we like it. Sometimes, we shake it off and other times we need help in growing from experiences so that we do not become stuck - so that we become better vs. bitter. My intention is to create an environment where you feel supported as we explore the darker parts of your journey when you may have lost sight of the light. I would also love to celebrate with you as we find gems along the way.
My work focuses on women seeking support with trauma, anxiety, sadness, & decreased interest or motivation. Concentrations include (complex) trauma, those who find themselves feeling easily overwhelmed, or who may identify as highly sensitive.
I offer evening availability as well as Sunday afternoon availability. You are welcome to contact me via phone, however, I am more quickly reached via e-mail.
