My training in marriage and family therapy, sex therapy, and addictionology and over two decades of experience provide the background to help you with your marriage and sexual issues. The majority of clients in my practice are couples rebuilding emotional and physical intimacy after an affair or sexual addiction. Couples with other sexual issues (especially sexual desire, painful sex, inability to orgasm or unconsummated marriages), couples falling out of love, and couples struggling to communicate also find help in my office.

I have experience work with clients dealing with, anxiety, depression. My area of specific focus is men's issues, Including fatherhood, life transitions, trauma, addiction, and stigma. No matter how strong we are, sometimes life can throw some pretty tough challenges at us. Mental health issues can have different sources that can be addressed in psychotherapy (counseling). I provide both individual and group psychotherapy. You may need help dealing with the past, struggling with the present, or worried about the future, figuring out or dealing with the stress of daily life or transitions, work/school, or systemic issues.

We all have within us the ability to solve our own problems. What we lack sometimes is direction. We must work to remove the challenges that have prevented us from enjoying life; heal the misconceptions and misinterpretations and develop a strong spiritual foundation and connection to the world around us. It takes courage to begin the journey and perseverance to move through the process of healing to accomplish your goals. My role includes providing a safe space to explore your life, help identify and remove any barriers to having a healthier existence.
