If desired, I am able to utilize Christianity in our sessions as another form of support.

ART is unique because the ART Therapist guides the client to replace the negative images in the mind that cause the symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress with positive images of the client’s choosing. Once the negative images have been replaced by positive ones, the triggers will be gone. Our practice specializes in meeting the needs of Women of Color and teen girls who are often underrepresented and underserved in wellness space dealing with a variety of mental health issues as they navigate this journey called life.

Bob works together with clients, focusing on solutions, for people to move on in life. Bob is trained, and has extensive experience in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), to treat traumas which can be sexual, physical, emotional abuse, and/or veterans of war.
