I have experience helping adults, young adults, parents, and couples having difficulty with ADHD, Autism, C-PTSD, LGBTQ+ issues, Gender Dysphoria, Depression, Anxiety, plurality/systems, Stress Management, Relationships, and Mood Disorders. I employ Evidence-based Treatment modalities including EMDR, DBT, TF-CBT, IFS, and Mindfulness practices.
I seek to provide a supportive, safe, empathetic space for people from all walks of life, including clients in the LGBTQIA+ community, non-traditional relationships, and those of non-mainstream religious affiliation.
