My goal in therapy is to help clients seek to improve communication and coping skills, strengthen self-esteem, promote behavior change, improve optimal mental health and identify goals and potential solutions to problems that may cause emotional turmoil.
I am a strengths based clinician that identifies and elicits the clients’ strengths and assets in assisting them with their problems and goals. I utilize several treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral, Strengths Based, Dialectical Behavioral, and Solution Focused perspectives to identify the needs of clients, establish goals, and reach outcomes.
