My work focuses on meeting my clients where they are and fostering a relationship that allows for the creation of a deep connection and a collaborative space where possibilities can be explored and change can happen. My non-judgmental, calm approach allows me to work well with a number of concerns including emotional & relational challenges, self-esteem/ self-identify work, depression, anxiety and other mood disorders. I help clients process and understand their underlying emotions, while building skill in a way that empowers them to not only see change while in session, but sustain it for a fuller and happier life.

You live the same life, week after week. You can’t really pinpoint what’s wrong. But you can’t shake the feeling that something is terribly wrong. Or maybe you do know what it is and what you should be doing, but you can’t seem to get any consistent forward momentum. You criticize yourself in the hopes that it will spur some action or you deny your needs and desires. If anything, it makes you feel even more despondent. Time passes, the same week, again and again, and you wonder if things will ever change.

There are times in our lives when we feel tired of the negative cycles, challenges, and issues we face. We must say to ourselves, I will be free from the stress, depression, etc...Je'serai is a French term that means "I will be," a name that is meaningful and as unique as the clients I see. We all want happiness for ourselves and in our relationships. However, life's challenges can often throw us off track. Difficulties are inevitable, but with support, guidance, and the willingness to change, you can overcome the challenges you are experiencing in your life.

True growth and healing happen in the most uncomfortable spaces at times. However, you do not have to wait until you are in the eye of a storm to get assistance.
