We accumulate invisible scars and wounds over time. When the tools and thoughts that we use to cope with life's changes and challenges are out dated, they can leave us feeling depressed, fearful, or overwhelmed. I work collaboratively with my clients to fully understand their issues and to develop treatment strategies that address their concerns in an open, safe, and understanding environment.
