My clinical interests are currently within the realms of Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance/Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I have experience in utilizing Dialectic Behavior Training (DBT) approaches and continue to study and implement DBT. I am interested in providing group therapy, couples’ therapy, and individual therapy. I specialize in working with couples (polyamorous couples as well).
In the mental health field, I have over a decade of experience in Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS), Addictions Counseling, Vocational Rehabilitative Services (VRS), Individualized Living Skills (ILS), among others. I believe in the efficacy of holistic approaches to physical and mental well-being, and this philosophy guides my approach.
