I like to step outside of the "What's wrong with you?" model of treatment and build upon and expand your current strengths and talents. For some of my clients, this involves helping them use their existing skills in different ways, and for others, it's about assisting them to recognize and claim their innate wisdom and strengths. I use a real-world approach to treatment and am a master at breaking down complex issues into bite-sized pieces that can easily be absorbed and integrated.
I have specialized experience in trauma and abuse, anxiety disorders, and depression, and I have worked with anger management and frozen grief. I also have helped many people find their passion again after burnout. I am certified in Rapid Resolution Therapy and am also a hypnotherapist.
I spent the first half of my career in Corporate America as an executive with a dot com. Having had my journey to learn how to manage stress better and create a meaningful and fulfilling life outside the workplace, I know how hard it can be to fit self-care into a busy lifestyle.
