Life often presents us with challenges. Managing family, work or school, social and personal obligations can be stressful and overwhelming. You may feel your life is out of balance. Whether you are dealing with stressful circumstances, ongoing anxiety, panic, sadness, depression, substance misuse, low confidence, and/or are wanting more work-life harmony, I will provide the space to help you feel supported and heard.

The most common need I hear from clients is that they have done a lot of talk therapy in the past and they are stuck. I get it. That's the client I'm excited to work with. My ideal client is one who wants to do the work because I show up for my half of the therapeutic relationship. I bring my varied 24 years of experience to every session. My specialties are complex trauma and addiction, and this also encompasses obsessive overthinking, chronic low self-confidence, generalized anxiety, relationship issues, etc. Therapy is a team effort to make lasting changes outside of the therapy environment.
