Who am I? "I am Moira Howard a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have been working as a therapist since 2009 specializing in addictions and dual diagnosis. During my years of study, I also trained in EMDR therapy which is proven to reduce symptoms related to trauma. I also am a Yoga instructor and I love to integrate this knowledge into helping individuals heal."

The loneliness, devastation, low self-esteem, doubt and fear that accompany the disease can be paralyzing, self-defeating and traumatic for some people. The good news is that with treatment there is hope, freedom and a chance to learn and incorporate new skills to live a full and healthy life.
