Limitless Potentials's Groups
Women Psychotherapy & Recovery Groups
Psychotherapy groups are led monthly by Dr. Kathy to help women and men in addiction recovery share and connect with one another about their lives in a private, and confidential setting. Issues discussed include parenting, relationships, trauma, life threatening illness, loss of a loved one, disordered eating, substance use as a coping mechanism, codependency, and generational family dysfunction. Group members learn how to conduct self inquiry, recognize being vulnerable and genuine, and how to minimize emotional stress.
Recovery Group
Psychotherapy group led by Dr. Kathy monthly for men and women impacted by the addictions (drugs, alcohol, eating disorders, codependency, gambling, internet, shopping, hoarding). This private and confidential group is a place to discuss how to remain on the path of recovering. Some members belong to 12 step programs out side of the group, but it is not required. This is a place to learn what role the addiction plays in their live and how to practice new skills when triggered to use.
