From my experiences teaching high school and working with teenagers, to my time working at the Orlando Health Cancer Center, and Victim Service Center counseling SV survivors, I seek to help anyone achieve their goals. Specifically, I want to help clients find more meaning out of their lives each day, as well as increase a confidence and understanding in who that client is an individual. I graduated from University of Central Florida with her masters degree in social work in 2018. In April 2021, I received her license and is now a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Most people feel when something is wrong, we notice symptoms that we do not feel well or people close to us make a comment about our behavior. At times, people don’t even realize that there might be something behind those symptoms that is making me feel or react certain way. Sometimes we have been feeling this way for so long that we get used to it, we think “that’s who I am”, we lose hope and motivation because we don’t think things can be different, we don’t know where to start or if there’s anything that can be done or if anyone can understand or help. Taking those first steps to move out of our comfort zone can create fear.
