My goal is to facilitate your own empowerment to achieve the life you want despite whatever hardships you might have gone through, no matter how small or big they are. My practice provides a welcoming and safe environment where you can feel accepted for who you are and allows you to open up toward healing. Sessions are tailored to the client's needs and goals.
We can achieve healing from our past. I feel honored to be able to witness and support people and couples as they find wholeness, healing, and empowerment within themselves. To help you, I may utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, or other approaches.
