I enjoy working with client who are thinking and making changes in their lives but may need assistance moving forward. Helping people work through changes of stages and developing coping strategies to help with daily functioning. Individual Therapy is also helpful with children and families in helping regulate emotions and learn new coping skills that they are better able to adjust to their environment and respond in a healthy way. Mary works to help children , families and individual therapy. I also have years of experience working with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, sexual abuse and marital issues.

I graduated with my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University. I have experience working with individuals of all ages, couples, foster care, adoptive and blended families.
