I have many years of experience working with individuals who struggle with mental health and addiction problems. I use a skill-based approach to treatment called dialectical behavioral therapy. This type of treatment focuses on learning how to live in the moment, manage interpersonal relationships effectively, handle life's challenges with grace and competence, and understand and deal with feelings in constructive ways. Using my training and diagnostic knowledge I will develop a comprehensive treatment plan that emphasizes relapse prevention and living a life worth living. I work with a team of other mental health professionals including psychiatrists, and counselors.

I am a Licensed professional Clinical Counselor with over 20-years of experience providing psychotherapy/counseling, harm reduction services for adolescents and adults in State of Ohio and I am happy to share the wealth of knowledge I have gained during my decades in community mental health. I am currently listed as network providers of multiple health insurance company panels as well as EAP plans, Medicare, Medicaid, and Bureau of Workers Compensations. I offer therapy for individuals or couples that are experiencing life transition and enjoy the challenge of working with wide range of people and their concerns.
