Our ultimate goal is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples. Each therapist is an independent clinician and has an area of specialty.
We believe that counseling should be tailored to the unique individual's needs. Many clients benefit from a multifaceted approach. Our clinicians has had special trainings including EMDR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Heartmath Interventions and solution-focused therapy.
We work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, couples counseling, PTSD, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders, somatic symptoms and related disorders. Our clinicians are equipped to help you work through challenges faced by everyday life.
