I work with all who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, emotional regulation, emotional processing, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, Anger Management and Stress. I am offering in-person and/or Telehealth therapy in Milwaukee and Waukesha areas through Forward Choices.
In my work, I primarily use evidence-based Cognitive Behavior Therapy teaching coping skills and establish goal-oriented interventions. I also incorporate person-centered therapy to support individuals in achieving their developmental goals. Additionally, I emphasize the use of Dialectical Behavior Therapy for emotion regulation strategies to reach goals
