About
I believe that all individuals will encounter a time in their lives when they will be facing some form of hardship, conflict, or distress. The ability for someone to recognize that they cannot go it alone and need a partner to assist them in navigating life situations is where I come into play. I believe that individuals can make the changes necessary in their lives with the proper supports and skills provided through counseling. Individuals who are ready to put in the work needed to navigate this life are the ones who will succeed.
I enjoy working with adolescents through older adulthood. I operate from a Integrative Therapy approach combining different therapeutic tools and techniques to best fit the needs of the individual client. Doing so allows me to be more flexible and inclusive in providing specific care tailored to the needs, preferences, beliefs, and motivation of my clients.
If you feel that you need to work on any area of your life including but not limited to trauma, relationships, parenting, handling conflict, anxiety, depression, grief, behaviors, crisis, and the list goes on to please contact me about how we can work together to achieve your goals. I am here to help if you are ready.
