For the past 28 years, I have truly enjoyed helping individuals who really want to get well and are willing to work hard to achieve full recovery. I Have a Heart for helping Trauma Victims of all ages get to the root of the pain that keeps them stuck in their lives and relationships. Victims of Trauma often spend a lifetime reenacting their trauma in one relationship after another, until they finally give up on trying to "get it right".
I also have a great deal of experience treating Couples, anxiety, depression, grief, phase of life issues, women's issues, weight loss issues and Wellness, dysfunctional family systems issues and ACOA issues. I have also worked for companies providing critical incident debriefing for their employees after a crisis.
I practice a form of Trauma Treatment called EMDR which is very effective in treating many forms of trauma. I am also competent to provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Marital and Internal Family Systems Therapy, Play Therapy and Christian Counseling.
