Join us as we journey through the energy centers of the body. We will discuss the seven chakras and how they affect you physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. We'll also discuss common problems caused by under- and over-active chakras, as well as practice strategies for balancing them using breathwork, gentle, yoga postures, and other methods. No previous experience required.
