I believe strongly in the human potential to grow and adapt to change. I have worked in mental health for over two decades in a variety of settings and am trained as a counseling psychologist and medical intuitive. I work specifically with clients who have experienced trauma, members of the LGBTQ+ community, veterans and service members, other healers, and clients seeking medical intuition services. Some of the healing modalities that I integrate are EMDR, energy medicine, mindful self-compassion, somatic psychology, connection with guides, and individualized microcurrent frequency (IMF).
As a psychotherapist, I offer brief therapy (8-10 sessions) that integrates concepts of energy psychology with empowerment, mindfulness, cultural awareness, and evidence-based practices to help clients clear blocks that keep them from reaching their goals.
