Relationships can be very stressful and overwhelming as today we do not have a village to help us and many people lack supports. My goal is to help you either as an individual or as a family move into a place of healing. Together we can explore unresolved trauma, communication patterns, conflict, emotions, all of it within the safety of a therapeutic relationship.

There is nothing more consistent than change, change has to take place for growth to occur. The majority of my patients consisted not of believers but of those who had lost their faith. I enjoy working with incredible people enriching their lives and relationships. I support the client with focusing on what’s ahead of them, and discover that anything is possible when you put your mind to it.
