A meaningful life includes the ability to create a strong sense of self and to regulate your mental and emotional states during the best and worst of times. It is common to feel like you are all alone in managing daily and transitional stresses, but I want you to know, I am here with you. As a mother and wife myself, I understand how overwhelming and demanding life can be at times.
I'll support you through challenging times and the various life stressors like unsatisfying relationships or facing new transitions which can bring on depression, anxiety, and other mental health symptoms. I believe in the power of accessing emotions to gain clarity into your life allowing you to implement healthy changes to establish a fulfilling existence.
My therapy focuses on self-esteem, stress, empowerment, life transitions, communication, co-dependency and relationship issues. I use a compassionate and non-judgmental humanistic therapy approach based on attachment theory. I am trained in emotionally focused therapy for individuals and couples to help you create secure and lasting bonds.
