I am a bilingual (English-Spanish) and bicultural person-centered, solution-focused therapist, with a humanistic, multicultural, strengths-based approach to therapy. I firmly believe we all have the power to change our lives and reach our highest potential by discovering our strengths and utilizing the mental, emotional and spiritual resources we possess to succeed. I know that we become stronger when we work together and support each other through stressful and difficult situations.
I see a person as conformed by physical, emotional, cognitive, social, cultural and spiritual attributes that can help us face adversity and live healthy lives. I utilize a holistic approach to counseling and include natural remedies in my practice. I concentrate on the resolution of trauma and on building resilience and wellness in clients.
