I treat individuals ages 18 and up and I believe in an inclusive approach and accept people of all identifiers, races, cultures, religions/beliefs, ethnicities, and cognitive abilities. My primary focus is to tailor your treatment to your individual needs. I offer both long and short term treatment at this time through telehealth.

With nearly a decade experience in the treatment field, I have worked with individuals on a wide variety of life struggles. I am especially interested in working with mothers experiencing infertility, pregnancy, and post-partum. Also, as a former law enforcement officer, I thoroughly enjoy working with first responders, nurses and veterans, especially those working through work-related traumas. I love seeing any of my clients grow & evolve!

I have 25+ years working in the field of mental health with children, adolescents, and adults. My wide range of experiences provides me with the knowledge and skills to help people through difficult times in their lives and guide them through the challenges, and sometimes, difficult transitions and adjustments. My job is to provide clients with new skills that empower them to look at their issues from a new perspective and empower them to engage in a change process.

I have a history working with adults, children, couples and families. I enjoy working with a diverse population. Change is inevitable in life however how one moves through it is up to the individual. Behavior is changeable but only by the person that has the behavior not by his/her partner, parent, friend etc.

I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and a licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor with nearly 20 years experience helping people recover from difficulties such as relationship issues, stress, parenting concerns, and depression. I use effective, non-judgemental therapeutic techniques to bring about positive change and develop practical tools for my clients to use to strengthen their coping skills and relationships. I work with individuals, couples, families, and teens, using a variety of well-proven counseling techniques to help clients resolve their issues and bring about positive changes in their lives.

I am not taking new clients at this time. Life crises or challenges can be times when spiritual and/or personal values are re-examined, and opportunities arise to find new balance and wellbeing. Caring for oneself, and discovering one's qualities or what matters most, are part of healing of mental, emotional and physical bodies. This work provides a safe, non-judgmental space to examine feelings, beliefs and questions - a place to unwind traumas that may have us stuck in patterns that are no longer healthy. We find a new way to align with inner dreams or the intention of happiness that is unique to each individual.

I am not currently accepting new clients. I believe we all have a story or understanding of our lives that includes the past, present and our vision (however vague) for the future. There are times and events in our lives that disrupt this narrative and strain our coping skills, our vision of ourselves and, at times, the meaning of our lives. Whether the moment that we decide to seek out therapy is the culmination of events or the result of a significant change, it is an important decision.
