I have a history working with adults, children, couples and families. I enjoy working with a diverse population. Change is inevitable in life however how one moves through it is up to the individual. Behavior is changeable but only by the person that has the behavior not by his/her partner, parent, friend etc.
I have worked with individuals addressing problem areas such as: depression, self worth, interpersonal issues, anxiety, stress, guilt, low self-esteem, grief, trauma, setting boundaries, learning assertiveness without aggressiveness, and gender identity.
I have raised three children, worked through a divorce, changed careers and had a bulk of life experiences. I am well trained with 28 credits post Masters, an advanced Internship and 15 years experience in the Mental Health/Psychotherapy fields.
