I am an adolescent and adult therapist with seven years of experience. I focus on mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, relationship issues, life transitions, and adolescents/teens. I have worked with young adults, women, and men as they face challenges at different places within their life spans. I utilize a mix of Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Psychodynamic, Trauma Focused, Strength-Based, and Solution Focused Brief (SFBT) modalities. My experience in these areas offers my clients a comprehensive evaluation with extensive recommendations for how to manage any diagnoses discovered throughout the evaluation process.
