Almost everyone can benefit from EMDR. I am an EMDR therapist with experience counseling survivors of physical, psychological, emotional, and sexual traumas. I have seen EMDR help numerous individuals with various adverse life experiences--from trauma to severe anxiety, depression, and more minor negative life events--and I’m here to help you through yours.
