I am so glad you are here. Thank you for your courage to reach out and find a therapist. I am here to support you in every way I can. So often we do not get the support we need in the moment. You don’t have to do it alone anymore. Together we can face past pain, current stressors, and uncover unrecognized inner strengths. I specialize in working with women who are healing from the physiological and psychological effects of trauma & intimate partner violence, struggling with anxieties, and navigating daily stressors. My goal is to support my clients in reconnecting with themselves, others, and their ground of being.
I am licensed by the State of Florida as a Mental Health Counselor. I utilize Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and the energy psychology of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT Tapping). I have completed EMDR Levels I and II. I am allied with the LGBTQ community, and have an ongoing commitment to continue to learn with the people I serve.
