PSOJ offers different modalities of treatment including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Choice Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
We have been providing counseling to individuals, couples, and families since 2006. We service children, adolescents, and adults. Our therapists work with you to explore the life you want and assist you in finding your balance.
