I employ a trauma-informed, integrative approach including: CBT, EMDR, Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems/Parts Work, Gestalt Theory, and Motivational Interviewing to facilitate change. Based on your individual set of strengths and circumstances, we will work together to move toward the changes you seek to apply to your life.
