My treatment approach is heart centered and intuitive to support whole self health through our internal ecosystem and by bioaligning with the natural world. I hold credentials in Neuroscience, Ayurvedic Medicine, Clinical Herbalism, Somatic Therapies, and integrative healing paradigms. As a Trauma Specialist, I am certified in numerous evidence based modalities that support true healing. I have worked in many leadership capacities, most recently within the Yale School of Medicine and have a passion for integrative mental health care!

I started my career working with and teaching children who were not psychologically ready to move from kindergarten to first grade. My love for helping people inspired me to go back to school and pursue a nursing degree. After moving to Connecticut, I worked as a psych nurse at Waterbury Hospital at Merriman Hall for 6 years. This was a locked unit and it was here that I learned all the family therapy methodology.

Pete is a clinical social worker who works with adolescent and adult clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life changes, trauma, academic issues and motivation. Pete has worked in clinical and school settings.

Greenwoods provides access to treatment for people struggling with a wide range of mental health challenges. Following an intake session, clients are matched with a therapist within our network of providers or with one of our in-house therapists, whoever best fits the client's needs.
