With a Master of Social Work from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Connecticut, my professional journey spans various settings.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I provide in-person therapy at my office in the Amity section of Woodbridge, convenient from New Haven, West Haven, Orange, Derby, Ansonia, and Seymour. I also provide teletherapy via video or phone to anyone who resides in the state of Connecticut.

I am a Licensed Professional Counseling and a National Certified Counselor who has been working in the CT public school system as a School Counselor for the last eight years. I bring a unique perspective and experience into the counseling room to help my children and adolescent clients with school related issues.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I offer services to adults and adolescents, individually, in couples or as a family. I use a systemic model of treatment designed to meet a client's specific goals to improve his or her quality of life by fostering change using internal and external resources. I provide therapy for most mental health related problems including depression and anxiety, grief and loss, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, addictions, family and relationship, divorce, anger management, parenting, blended family, child and adolescent issues, trauma and abuse. My hours are flexible and include evenings and Saturdays.
