I work with couples, families, individuals, children, teens, and groups who are struggling with communication, family relationships, couple's relationships, infidelity, grief and loss, divorce, family violence, sexual abuse, and sexual assault. Most people struggle in relationships with others at some point in their lives; this is part of being human. We can benefit from talking things through.

Being a clinical social worker for more than 30 years as well as a Life, Health and Well-Being Coach, I have a great deal of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. My specialties include:anxiety, depression, relationship issues, divorce, life stresses, codependency, loss and grief, disordered eating, trauma, and addiction.By taking a positive, supportive, and compassionate approach, I provide a safe, nurturing environment in which women and men can heal old wounds, recognize and change old patterns, and identify and transform negative beliefs about themselves in order to create the life they desire most.

I have provided pastoral care to troubled church members and to troubled youth in group homes and in jail cell blocks for more that ten years. I work with families and children who's lives revolve around the issues of one or more family members struggles with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
