I work with adults ages 18 and up, and I am most comfortable working with people who are ready to try new strategies outside of therapy sessions to make needed changes in their lives.
For the past 20 years, I've been working to help people improve their mental health and experience more joy in their lives. My approach is eclectic, primarily relational, with a strong focus on cognitive behavioral therapy and skill building.
