This space is also for you if you ever struggled with of the following: PTSD, trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, intrusive thoughts, toxic relationships, career burnout, or divorce/separation. My goal is to provide compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care.

Clients between the ages of 6 to 26 all and their families. My specialties include skill building to support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, anger management, emotional regulation, bullying, relationship issues, and other mental health symptoms. I love working with children of blended families, those going through divorce, and individuals who have experienced loss. I have found success building rapport by incorporating elements of pop culture, video games, board games, Legos, & movies. I utilize various expressive art modalities to help them express themselves. I believe there is no “One size fits all” with treatment.

I am licensed in and can see clients who live in Virginia, New Hampshire, Washington and Hawaii. I am currently only seeing clients using Telehealth. I am a Registered Play Therapist and can see children from 10+ online. I am also available as a consultant for parents of younger children and can coach parents in addressing behavioral concerns as well as providing training in Child Parent Relationship Therapy. I can help with most issues including anxiety, depression, grief/loss, divorce, relationship challenges and behavioral concerns.

Both my clientele and the therapeutic modalities I use are very eclectic and differ depending on what serves each client best in their life journey. I am passionate about supporting those who struggle with anxieties relating to sense of self, family dynamics, life transitions, perfectionism, and trauma.
