I believe in working with my clients to determine what is best for each person's life. Through a collaborative approach we will explore how your past and present relationships influence your life, and customize a treatment plan that gets you where you want to be. I walk alongside each of my clients, supporting them in their journey, and utilizing appropriate therapeutic techniques to help them reach their personal goals. I also believe in holistic care, which means that I treat the entire person, body, soul, and mind.
I specialize in treating adults with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and adjustment disorders. I have experience working with narcissistic abuse, and continue to grow my expertise in this area through ongoing education. I am also certified in Developmental and Relational Trauma (DART), which explores past relationships to lead to a deeper healing.
