I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 30 years of experience in the field of Social Work. I began as a social worker working in child welfare. I proceeded to work extensively in hospitals, home health, mental health, child welfare, juvenile court, schools, palliative care, hospice, and residential settings; providing case management and discharge planning. I moved to Georgia 10 years ago with my husband and two daughters and continued to pursue my passion for helping others. I am currently residing in Orlando Florida and practicing as an LCSW in Georgia and Florida. I currently provide telehealth sessions.

My passion is working with children and young people dealing with depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal ideation, guilt & shame, trauma, self-esteem issues, and chronic illness/pain. I'm Karen, and I'm here to help support your journey to wellness. I hold a PhD in Counseling, and I am licensed in both Florida (LMHC) and Maryland (LCPC). I've worked with clients in counseling and have trained counseling graduate students for over 15 years. Early in my career, I specialized in helping clients work through interpersonal trauma, such as sexual abuse and physical abuse.

Rick is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC4187) and has over 27 years of professional counseling experience. He received his MA in Counseling from Rollins College in 1993 and his BS in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida in 1990. He has been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 1995. Rick specializes in couples counseling as well as working with adult survivors of childhood trauma, treating anxiety and depression, addiction, and grief recovery. Rick has experience working in a variety of settings including private practice and inpatient.
