Rick is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC4187) and has over 27 years of professional counseling experience. He received his MA in Counseling from Rollins College in 1993 and his BS in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida in 1990. He has been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 1995. Rick specializes in couples counseling as well as working with adult survivors of childhood trauma, treating anxiety and depression, addiction, and grief recovery. Rick has experience working in a variety of settings including private practice and inpatient.
Rick completed an internship with the US NAVY. He also served as the Clinical Director of a chemical dependency treatment program. Rick has had extensive experience teaching and speaking at workshops and seminars. Rick has also been a frequent guest on local TV and radio programs. He currently is a consultant to the British Embassy aiding embassy personnel.
